Hey there, I'm Gaby! I'm a seasoned creative storyteller driven by a pursuit of excellence in operations and content innovation. With over a decade of experience in editorial and branded content production, I've honed my craft across various leadership roles within prestigious media organizations.

I'm currently serving as the Director of Editorial Operations at New York Magazine, where I act as the managing editor for Curbed and Grub Street. As the guiding operational force behind these influential platforms, I orchestrate their strategic vision and ensure seamless day-to-day operations, all aimed at delivering top-tier content experiences to our audiences.

At New York, I have also worked as a development lead and producer on Into It, Vulture's weekly pop culture podcast with Sam Sanders, which I helped take from idea to execution. I have also produced episodes of The Cut's In Her Shoes podcast hosted by Editor in Chief Lindsay Peoples. In the Summer of 2021, I helmed a memoir-style piece for the Cut's podcast called Into the Thicc of It, delving into the complexities of body image and self-confidence. 

My journey at New York began in 2018, where I've donned multiple hats, including video and photo production at our brand studio. Collaborating with clients spanning entertainment, fashion, luxury, beauty, and finance, I've consistently delivered impactful content that leaves a lasting impression. Before joining NYMag, I cut my teeth at renowned media companies like BuzzFeed, Netflix, and NBCUniversal. I graduated in 2013 from Boston University's esteemed Film and Television department.

I live in Brooklyn, New York where I spend my free time hunting for the best matza ball soup in the city. I'm passionate about seeing movies in theaters (ideally with a fountain soda in hand), reading magazines in print, and getting to the airport early even if you have TSA PreCheck.
